In this house we stan Dua Lipa. She’s an intellectual queen. So much so that it seems like she chose her new album’s cover art purely for a tax write-off… or did she? Let’s investigate. 🕵️‍♀️

Dua Lipa is always on vacation. When she’s not in the studio or on stage, she’s traveling. And the whole internet knows it.

Oh, and I mean any chance she gets. The only stops announced so far for her latest tour:

Also, these are the lead singles so far off the album. They’re not exactly giving “mermaid core” energy.

And there IS a tax write-off for vacations…if they’re used for business purposes. And if she didn’t… she should’ve.

When I say nepo baby, you say Kendall and Hailey…ok ready?

Here’s how Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber could write off Coachella (and probably are). Oh, and we know they were definitely taught these easy tax layups at birth.

The key word here: Brand activations!!

Not only are their brands killing the marketing game this Coachella season, but 818 and Rhode are paving the way for the girlies to cut down some expenses.

Let’s start with Kendall.

First, let’s take a moment to appreciate the 818 Outpost for WINNING Coachella. No other brand is even close.

They had photo ops and free products for everyone (not just VIPs or Influencers). Not so common nowadays.

Moving on to Hailey.

Hailey Bieber showed up and showed out with Rhode.

They had a photo booth with a lipgloss dispenser, and she continued to post selfies featuring the Rhode phone case and gloss combo. Talk about putting in the work.

Who needs an influencer when you ARE the influencer?

So how would they write it off?

Most regular costs of business travel are tax-deductible:

• flights

• ubers

• hotel/airbnb

• 50% of eligible meals

These also happens to be the most expensive parts of Coachella (besides the ticket).

When they're just living life, they can't write it off.

They can ONLY write off expenses while conducting business and they need to document each expense, including how/why it's business-related.

Notice how they spent MOST of the weekend at their brand events?
